The organisation is a specialist in financing of commercial real estate like offices, shopping malls, company buildings. Her international clients are interested in specially delivered financial solutions / constructions like project finance, balance in finance, real-estate leasing and structured finance.
The job purpose is to monitor financial processes within our client’s company as well as analyse and report financial (risk) positions. Hereby taking into account the agreements made in the ALCO. You operate in close cooperation with Balance Sheet Management and Management Accounting, in order to create clear and reliable insights in Treasury and Risk Management opportunities. As well as enabling Treasury to make fact based money flow decisions with regard to volume and term.
Your primary tasks will be:
• Policy: Give input and advice with regard to the development of the operational annual plan of the Management Accounting department, from its own work perspective;
• Analyses: Execute periodic and ad hoc liquidity, asset/liability, interest and financial (currency) risk analyses as well as business economic analyses like, for instance, portfolio- and margin developments;
• Optimisation: Initiate and execute improvements with regard to existing data storage, reporting and analysing methods and tools;
• Funding Tariffs: In cooperation with Treasury and Market Risk, set up proposals for the MT with regard to new funding tariffs as well as check funding tariff data-entries;
• Reporting: Set up and clarify analyses reports (a.o. Expiry calendar, Market Risk analyses, Euribor-portfolio overview and depositing overview) for Treasury, Market Risk, the (pre-) ALCO and the Manager Management Accounting.

- You have an Academic education in Finance, e.g. Business Economics.
- You have at 3-5 years experience in banking and/or experience with Treasury (direct or indirect).
- Knowledge on monitoring liquidity and Interest risk.
- Knowledge on risk management (trading-, credit-, market risk).
- Excellent communication skills in English. Dutch communication skills are a plus.
- You have strong problem analysis and judgment skills.
- You have a strong delivery focus.
- You are able to work independently.
- You have strong planning & organizing skills.
